Michael has enjoyed a varied career, gaining expertise in several industries. 

Following a successful twenty years in banking and financial services he spent three years as a Domiciliary Care Assistant, where he was committed to providing daily attention and support for patients suffering from Parkinson’s Disease, Paraplegia, Stroke, and Multiple Sclerosis.

Throughout this time Michael’s passion for coaching and training led him to provide a service helping candidates with their interview skills and presentation skills so that they would maximize their chances of success when applying for a job or promotion.

 Given his well-developed communication skills and his commitment to making a positive impact in the coaching field, Michael extended his experience to mentoring ex-offenders, playing a crucial role in their rehabilitation and successful re-integration into society.   He is still active in this area.

 Living in Abbotskerswell, Devon, UK for the past 32 years, Michael’s voluntary work has included:-
# seven years on the governing body of the local primary school,
# twenty years as a trustee of the Friends of St Mary’s,
# many years as a church organist, and Music Director of the Abbotskerswell Evensong Choir.
